Vinyasa Flow: In Vinyasa, movement and breath are synchronised to create a flowing practice. The postures are linked together in a way that creates a moving meditation.
Himalayan Hatha: Hatha is based on the traditional principles of yoga. This style of yoga works through the entire body to cleanse and revitalise.
Yin Yoga: Yin increases mobility and flexibility in the body, to lead to deeper relaxation. Yoga requires balance, if you are only doing the ‘yang’ styles of yoga (the active muscular forms), then you need to discover the ‘yin’ yoga, to work on the deep tissues in your body.
