to the latest government guidelines

Following the government's announcement on Saturday, we will be closing our Studio doors from Thursday 5th November.
Firstly, we’d like to thank our whole community for the incredible support we received over these challenging 8 months. We did not want to see the Studio close again, but we have been through this before, and we can do it again together, as a community. Many of you told us how much Samsara has helped you through these difficult times, both physically and mentally, and we hope to remain here for you just like you have for us.
Our last Studio class will be 7:00-8:15pm Flow 2 with Andrew on Wednesday 4th November.
The treatments will also cease on the same day. If you have bookings after this day, the appointments will be cancelled but any credit will stay on your account, available to use once we re-open.
If you require treatment for any medical condition, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make COVID-safe arrangements for you to see our Physiotherapist, Snjezana.
Online Offering continues...
Our online classes led by our wonderful teachers will continue, and this time transitioning will be easier as we will keep the Online Timetable mostly the same, so you can continue practising and remain connected through this difficult time.
We will be happy to pause or extend your memberships, but we would like you to consider keeping it alive and taking part in our online offering till we are able to meet again in person. Your class passes will be all extended, for as long as we are closed, unless you would like to use them for our online classes. We want to continue serving our community once this crisis is over, and your help and support at this difficult time would mean a lot to us.

Please bear in mind we will have limited staffing during this time, so please be patient whilst we do our best to respond to all the queries.
If you are able to support us financially, consider buying gift vouchers online – we will honour them for 2 years. Stay strong, balanced and compassionate, look after yourself, your families, your close ones. Show kindness.

We hope you and your family are well and safe and that you are finding time to look after yourself and continue your Yoga or Pilates practice, either in studio or online.
More than ever, it is hard to find balance between safety and looking after your body and mind, so we want you to know what we are doing to make sure you are as safe as possible. Please participate in the safety of our community by downloading the NHS COVID-19 contact tracing app and scanning the QR code every time you enter the studio.
We appreciate that the Government’s latest announcement may have caused some confusion, so we would like to clarify how this affects practicing at Samsara. The announcement states that Group Classes are exempt from the "Rule of 6", as long as they are organised under COVID secure guidelines and safety measures.
The exceptions to the "Rule of 6" include exercise classes, organised outdoor sport or licensed outdoor physical activity, and supervised sporting activity (indoors or outdoors) for under-18s
The COVID secure guidelines include managing contact by:
Disinfecting your hands
Scanning the NHS COVID-19 contact tracing QR Code when accessing the studio
Wearing a face covering until you reach your mat in the studio, or the treatment room, unless you are exempt
Adhering to our one-way system and maintaining social distancing at all times
Limiting the number of customers able to access the facilities
Rigorous cleaning regime – disinfecting premises after each class/treatment
In addition to the usual temperature checks, if you are attending the studio for a treatment, we will also ask you to fill in the COVID-19 questionnaire.
Please be assured that our fresh air system takes air from outside, is filtered and cleaned, and is circulated continuously. Our maintenance team is changing the filters more frequently to ensure that the quality of air is as high as possible.
