  2. Your friends will love you – Bring a skeptical friend. Celebrating International Yoga Day is a great excuse to get that spin fanatic, marathon running friend to try a new way to tone their body. You will both be smiling from ear to ear when your new yogi friend realizes how satisfying Yoga is for their physical and mental workout.

  3. Retreat and Treat – Treat yourself to a Yoga retreat. These types of well being retreats are a perfect way to break up the monotony of everyday life and focus on you, your practice and the art of quietening the mind.
