NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

As a complementary medicine, nutritional therapy aims to identify potential nutritional imbalances which may contribute to an individual‘s symptoms and health issues.

It is especially relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, but also for those looking to maintain or improve their health and wellbeing.

Nutritional therapy uses a naturopathic approach which stresses that the body has the natural ability to heal itself provided it is given a nutritious diet, full of all the essential nutrients required for optimal functions. It is a holistic approach looking at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of each individual.

Nutritional therapy aims to balance all our body systems (homeostasis) so they can work in harmony with each other and make us feel our best.

Emmanuelle is a nutritionist and health coach specialising in gut health, with a special emphasis on the link between digestive and mental health. She helps women over 40 to regain their health, mood and sleep, without having to stop everything they love and enjoy. She helps them make small, realistic and achievable changes in their diet and lifestyles so they can embrace a thriving life, full of energy. 

 

Emmanuelle is a fully qualified, independent and registered Nutritional Therapist.

Originally from France, Emmanuelle moved to London in 1997.  She comes from a family and a culture that places food at the centre of life and is passionate about health, wellbeing and nutrition. After years of seeking medical help for her chronic pain and not getting long-term solutions, she decided to take charge and discovered the transformative power of diet and lifestyle changes to support her health.

 

Her approach is simple and straightforward, without demonising any food and without judgement. She does not believe in diets and having to stop everything that makes life wonderful or having to follow impossible lifestyle changes. Life is not about rules and restrictions but knowing what to eat, how to eat it and what habits to change.

 

She works with you to review your health and clarify your goals. She helps you break through whatever barriers that are holding you back and implement realistic and effective steps that make you feel empowered and motivated to make changes both in your diet and lifestyle to achieve transformative results allowing you to regain your health, feel at home in your body and live your life to the full.

 

She offers different programmes with different levels of support to help you move towards the health you want. And that you deserve!
