Nutritional therapy uses a naturopathic approach which stresses that the body has the natural ability to heal itself provided it is given a nutritious diet, full of all the essential nutrients required for optimal functions. It is a holistic approach looking at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of each individual.

Nutritional therapy aims to balance all our body systems (homeostasis) so they can work in harmony with each other and make us feel our best.

About our Nutritional Therapist

Emmanuelle Waters



Emmanuelle is a fully qualified, independent and registered Nutritional Therapist, member of  ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners), BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council), which is the regulator for complementary healthcare in the UK.

Originally from France, Emmanuelle moved to London in 1997.

She comes from a family and a culture that places food at the centre of life, but it was her recurrent back pain that led her to explore alternative ways of improving her health. After many years in the corporate world, where she was sitting for hours at a desk, she decided to change her life and put health as her number one priority.

Emmanuelle originally trained as a Nutritional Therapist to understand her own health condition. She learned that by changing her nutrition and lifestyle habits, as well as listening to her body and managing her emotions, she can achieve optimal health and wellbeing. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others so they can experience vibrant health as well.
