"Yoga helped me to overcome my personal loss and turn it into the inspiration
to help others who face similar challenges in life." Helena Sain
Samsara was founded by Helena Sain and is the culmination of her vision: to bring together everything she is passionate about and create a space where all elements of well-being can be shared and enjoyed by people in the local community, helping them to thrive.
Samsāra is a Sanskrit word that means “the ever turning wheel of life”, describing a journey of constant transition and flow, where everything eventually passes and transforms into something else. It is a cycle of highs and lows. Samsara encompasses what can, at times, feel like an eternal struggle to cope with the challenges of everyday life.
It is possible to coast through life without any mental or spiritual resources to help deal with our samsaric existence. But at times it can feel like you have been thrown into the ocean of samsara and you can’t swim!
Here at Samsara, we believe we all need some guidance along the way, and thus we are committed to guide you on your journey to balance your mind and body and help you to overcome those obstacles that get in the way of living a fulfilling life. Our goal for Samsara is to help you to experience a feeling of balance. When Mind, Body, and Spirit come together to create one whole and balanced being.
Very simply, our vision is to connect, allow reflection, and inspire growth. These are our core values which are at the heart of Samsara.
Passion is that milkshake of energy, excitement, engagement, and commitment that compels us to find the solution, attack any roadblock, and face every day with full attention.
When you look back at the end of your life, you won’t be thinking about the house, the car, or the boat, you’ll be thinking about your relationships. It’s the connections we create, the bridges we build to each other that determine the quality of our lives. Rich relationships are the only thing that brings meaning to every accomplishment. Being present in the moment and listening while thinking ‘how can I help?’ will never fail to bridge the gap between two people.
Excellence is not what we do it’s the way that we do it. When we surpass the highest expectations, when we perform even the tiniest of tasks to our greatest ability, when our clients are so blown away that they can’t keep the surprise and delight off their faces, we know we’ve achieved excellence.
Responsibility is taking ownership of the present moment to respond selflessly with care and thought. We each have the ability and responsibility to improve the wellbeing of those around us. We will only ever add to the experience of every soul who enters our space, we will never take away. We have created a safe space for self-discovery and we have a responsibility to help in every way we can.
You know that feeling when everything clicks? Life flows effortlessly; you feel ‘in the zone’. In those moments we feel fully present, one with ourselves, our surroundings, and engaged in life. A balanced life is no accident. It is born of intention; it’s a balancing act, an engagement with yourself and your surroundings. In the stillness between breaths…Samsara inspires fully engaged lives. Feel One.
Life is short, if you’re not having fun what’s the point? Fun is magnetic and powerful; it breaks down walls, transforms people in seconds and disarms even the grumpiest. Enjoy yourself and others, laugh, play, and watch in wonder as it multiplies.
